How the Registration Process Works

💡 Tip: Have all your participant, performance, and payment details ready before you start filling out the form — it will make the registration process much faster and easier.

 

Step 1: Select and Pay

Choose what you want to register for — the number of dancers, performances, or workshops — and then complete your payment.
This step confirms your spots immediately and helps us keep all registrations organized.

 

Step 2: Register details

Once your payment is complete, fill in the participant, performance and workshop details to finalize your registration.

 

✅ Important:
We strongly recommend completing all payments in a single invoice.
This keeps your order together, prevents duplicate payments, and speeds up confirmation.
Making multiple separate payments can slow down processing or cause confusion.

 

Step 1: Select & Pay 

Adapt the quantities of Dancers, Performances, and Workshops as needed.
Set the quantity to 0 to remove an item from your cart.
If you require an international VAT invoice, please contact office@ebgp.info.

 

Step 2: Register details

After your payment is confirmed, fill out the following forms:

  1. Dancer Registration Form – one per dancer

  2. Performance Registration Form – one per performance

  3. Workshop Registration Form – one per workshop (optional)

📋 Double-check your entries to prevent delays. (Your registration forms will appear here.)

 

 

Step 3: Receive Your Unique Dancer ID

After we have verified both your payment and your submitted forms:

  • You will receive a Unique Dancer ID via email within 14 days.

  • All future competition updates and details will be sent to the email address you provided in the forms.
